My fav is. "Nuukaaa coolllaaaaaaaaa" Sarcastic "Drink. Some. Water." I've litterally reloaded saves for that
What about "Look dumbass, that's not how baseball was played." Love how this dialogue is repeatable lol
The follow up makes it funnier.
"Okay wise guy, how do YOU think it was played?"
"You had balls, strikes, 3 bases and home runs. You kept score by how many runners made it to home plate."
"... I like my version better."
Anything nick valentine had to say about the mysterious stranger
I mean, he's not wrong.
"It's me. I'm... I'm Shaun. I am your son."
"No. Bullshit! You're lying!"
"Is it really so hard to believe that it has been not ten, but sixty years? Think about it: you emerged from the vault looking for your son, thinking he was but a ten year-old boy. You could've watched me grow up if you wanted to, but instead you literally spent the last 50 years scavenging the Commonwealth for... for desk fans. Instead, the institute raised me as their own, and I am now its leader. I have to say, I'm disappointed in you. Were you even trying to find me?"
"I'm... I'm so, so sorry Shaun. I just... I didn't know what you'd thinking of me, as a parent, if I didn't show up holding a Shielded Suppressed Two-Shot Night-Vision Gauss Rifle."
I’m a fan of dragging his corpse back to sanctuary and stuffing his dead body in his old crib.
Exploring it really felt like you were in a "sea." Even if it wasn't underwater and the air is... technically breathable. You need a lot of gear to survive just standing in it, and any "life" that can actually thrive in that environment is strange and frightening.
To add to this, many of the structures there that existed before the radiation are buried within a sort of "melted" earth. It's like they're both preserved and consumed by it. People can't survive there to touch it, salvage it, build upon it, or even really tear it down, so it's totally encapsulated and protected by the sea. Delving inside of them for supplies just felt surreal, like you were in this sort of in-between land/sea world.
One of the most interesting places I've ever explored in a video game.
Few environments have so strongly evoked the simultaneous reactions of whoa, this is cool and fuck, get me out of here.
Its also really well done on how music just cuts off and all you get is the geiger counter and the thunders of rad-storms
You should be paid to describe things
As someone who's never played Survival, the notification "Your infection spreads" seems like a funny remark on you setting off a nuke in downtown Boston.
Your infection spreads...
I had to download survival tweaks and lower that shit. I swear the rate at which you get infected and how rare antibiotics are is fucking ludicrous. Ghoul hits you? Every time infected. Sleep on a mattress? Every time infected. Drink some water from a puddle? Infected fucko. Look at something wrong. Infected.
Music too loud? Right to jail.
"The Commonwealth has closed its borders."
[ Todd liked that ]
I'm now imagining Todd in Pokémon Yellow on the Gameboy Colour/Super Gameboy
But can you play Skyrim on it?
This was the best I could do, but at least I did it https://i.imgur.com/j9wYr7e.mp4
Who hasn’t used a Fatman to kill a mole rat?
I’ve spammed the missile launchers to get rid of those damn bloodbugs before.
Fatman was the worst at killing coyotes in New Vegas. Because of the uneven ground and the coyotes weird hit box, they would often be unscathed after multiple nukes.
I was always disappointed with the fatman. That thing should be a guaranteed 1 hit kill, and against the mutant masters, it was not because they had so many hitpoints.
Okay. Now do it without mods.
The REAL challenge right here.
What outfit is that? More importantly, can I add ballistic weave to it?
Requesting a Maiq the Liar mod
Man, that title...
Use Emmett (Proctor Quinlan's pet cat). And make it so no one else knows he can talk.
aint got caps
Hope you've maxed out your charisma, that ain't gonna buy squat wastelander
Your caps stash.
You can buy one purified water from me.
What are you gonna buy with that? Sure as heck aint enough for a stimpack.
Ghouls are WAY more fun to go at with a meele weapon
its not about killing but seeing stuff fly as you chuck 20 nades in room
I had great fun the other day when I discovered that church full of ghouls in the glowing sea. Big hole in the roof and half a dozen grenades.
2 shot missile launcher, 4 tubes.
