Having watched my fair share of Lassie, I probably would have followed the dog.
But, in defense of that woman, this is the first time I've ever heard that some dogs are trained to get another person when their owner is incapacitated. And I feel that we're so constantly told that we're not supposed to touch or look at or interfere in any way with service dogs, that I'm not surprised that someone wouldn't know that they're being summoned for assistance.
I'll be honest, it would take me a really long time to figure it out. I'd assume that service doggo was still in training and wondered off or something. OP would have found me trying to give belly rubs and confused on why it wasn't working. Thanks for the PSA!
You dont have empathy which means youre not functioning normally, you should never go out.
"What's that, Lassie? Timmie's fallen down the well?"

Before reading the title I legit though this was some sort of dog with a head transplant at first
Now I know what “Best Boy” means when I see it in credits.
But most importantly
We finally have our golden trained to put the chickens back into their fenced area.
It used to be that she would come down and "help" us, which largely meant terrifying the chicken and chasing it. Then we got her to stay calm and go to where we instructed to heard the chickens towards us.
A couple weeks ago for the first time I was able to tell her to "go put the chickens away" and she carefully and slowly herded them into a corner against a part of the fence that they're able to jump over and back into the garden at. Boy did she get a "good girl" for that.
Goldens are smart so I’m not too surprised, but it’s neat that she’s not a herding dog and learned to do that.
The other night I was in bed and my golden was there, but my other dog hadn't come into the room yet. I jokingly looked at him and said "Go get Rowan" in the same tone I use when we play fetch. I wasn't expecting anything, but sure enough he jumped off the bed and ran into the living room. He didn't physically bring her to me, but he went to the couch and stood by her. Having never used that command before, I was thoroughly impressed he was able to piece it together.
His name is benson! Close!
She looks fed up with all those mistskes Christine from Accounting keeps making

Is that a camera? /sub/combatfootage doggo.
I doubt anyone could resist the hopeful face and the tail wag at the end of the video. I, for one, am reaching for the shmakos to reward this goodest girle. It's just too bad that I can't feed schmakos to puppers over the internet.
I hope the good pupper gets a snack after that
Boo drugs! Yay petco
