I'd like to see him try to prove hes a fake. I hope the other lawyer says something like "where in your show has it ever been indicated that it's fiction?"
It won't end his show.. his believers are so entrenched in conspiracy thinking and the crazy that they will likely not even hear about the story and if they do, they'll write it off as more conspiracy circle-jerk.. that this was just "fake news" and/or liberals making stuff up about him.
All alex needs to do is tell the truth that he is a fraud. Sure it will end his show but it seems like his life is pretty shit anyway. He has made millions of his little act so he can quietly retire.
HOLY fudgenuckers TIL Alex Jones *has custody of 3 children., somebody help those poor kids...
Edit: Alex Jones is not in custody of his own children, nor has he been arrested, lol
I bet if you put an alt righter and a Muslim extremist in the same room and told them not to mention their religions, they would get along great and become life long friends.
As long as the muslim guy was white.
Don't know if it did any good, but I called amazon customer support and they put me in touch with someone from customer relations who said they've been receiving a lot of calls like mine. I'll write an email or two also. It's the least I can do to let them know how I feel about their support for hate speech.
From another article:
Amazon doesn't directly advertise on Breitbart, but its ads are placed on the site via a third-party exchange.
The employee who wrote the email included comments from dozens of other Amazon employees, including one employee who wrote, "When people find out I work at Amazon, the first question they ask is - 'How can you justify working for Amazon when they advertise on a hate site?'"
I'm fucking tired of the excuse that software decides the ad placements. That's a cop out. Amazon and other behemoths are big enough that they could demand - and get - a whitelist of companies. No publicly-traded company that claims to be ethical should be advertising on a hate site. Ever.
I made a couple. [Perhaps yet more to follow?]
You'd think asking people to stop giving money to Nazis (Breitbart) would be a no brainer for them, but then there's capitalism.
Lucky for you this is about private citizens asking a company to change it's behavior if they want them to keep using their service and literally at no point involves anyone's rights being infringed at all.
If Sean Spicer wasn't standing there, I would think this was a joke.
His attempt to correct himself made it even worse. He said, "but not on his own people." As if German Jews weren't...his own people...weren't people...I'm not sure.
They are incapable of preventing their true colors from showing, "Don't say something fascist, don't say something fascist...oops I said something fascist. I'll just explain it as...something fascist."
Trump supporters in two weeks: Wtf I love Syrian refugees now
You know what, I'm glad that they're showing they're not just blindly following Trump to spite liberals. Certainly not something I expected, good on them. We'll see how long it lasts though.
These geniuses still don't get it.
Trump is not a Russian puppet. He is not a Jewish enders of Zion puppet if that were actually a thing in the real world. He is not a neocon puppet.
He is an unstable emotionally-driven narcissist.
He's too damn volatile and self-absorbed to be anyone's puppet. Nobody would trust him as a puppet.
Coulter is actually right for once. He saw a pic on TV and got emotional and ordered a bombing. This is what you get when you elect a man-child without one single ounce of self awareness or contemplation in his entire being.
I'm speechless. I'm just gawking at it at this point.
Of course they got this shit monkey because nobody anywhere on the political spectrum with any brains or heart is willing to align themselves with fascism. Intellectually and philosophically the alt-right is actually worse than the neocons, the religious right, and the identity politics wing of the left, and I didn't think that was possible.
Now what I want to know is WTF Rex Tillerson is doing here. He's far right, sure, but he's got a brain. He should run away. He should run far away.
They're already saying that 'all of us' are saying that Trump is "Trying to start WWIII"
I haven't seen one person say that, wether they agree or disagree with the bombing.
They're just incapable of being honest in any way, and I LOVE that these alt-righters are jumping off the Trump train... does that mean it's going SLOWER than it was before....?
Isn't it intentional? Trying to trigger this exact outrage I'm pretty sure
I think the neo-Nazi game plan for /sub/the_donald is like this:
Step 1: Use Nazi symbols to make "fun memes" in a masked way so most members of /sub/the_donald won't recognize their Nazi origin.
Step 2: Get /sub/the_donald users to use the memes
Step 3: Outsiders (in this case me) call out /sub/the_donald for using Nazi symbols
Step 4: /sub/the_donald users who didn't understand the Nazi angle to begin with say "WTF I'm not a Nazi. This doesn't have anything to do with Nazis. Fuck you."
End result: /sub/the_donald persecution complex reinforced, ties between the nazi and non-nazi wings of the_donald strengthened since they are both identifying with symbols frowned upon by the broader community.
So pretty much that old meme:
Fuck off racist.
Jokes on you we are only pretending to be racist.
Kinda pathetic either way.
I don't understand this post, it was very much intentionally done, and they didn't try to hide this fact at all.
I love how fit they always imagine Trump to be.
Excerpt from new book Trump Revealed by WaPo's Marc Fisher:
After college, after Trump mostly gave up his personal athletic interests, he came to view time spent playing sports as time wasted. Trump believed the human body was like a battery, with a finite amount of energy, which exercise only depleted. So he didn’t work out. When he learned that John O’Donnell, one of his top casino executives, was training for an Ironman triathlon, he admonished him, "You are going to die young because of this."
The fat fuck believes exercise is bad for you.
Ben Garrison is a really delusional Libertarian who somehow ended up worshiping Trump. He also abuses the fuck out of labels and doesn't know how to make a joke.
Early contender for hot take of the year right here. Obama hacked the election disguised as the Russians in order to help Trump win in an attempt to make Trump look bad. The most roundabout bamboozle ever devised by the communist Muslim himself.
Keep in mind that conservatives favorite line these days is "the election was NOT hacked! Not a single vote in any voting machine in the country was changed! Liberals made up the term 'hacked the election' to make you think that's what happened!" yet ol' Ben here has written, in his special fashion, "election hacking" on the computer.
Yeah what's up with that?
Plus i'm still confused, what is actually going on? The sub is literally on meltdown screeching "THA LIBERAL CUCK TEARS" and "SPEZ CUCKING"
I visit the sub regularly myself but I am the sort of person who slows down to see car crashes.
I don't literally slow down to see car crashes, it was a metaphorical comment made for the purposes of satire, do I really have to explain this?
T D is getting 1.5-2 million unique visitors to the sub daily. They're claiming Reddit is censoring their sub count and that their actual sub count is 6 million. I like to visit the sub daily just to see the kind of shit that is posted. By their logic I am a censored sub to T D. EDIT: The number 6 million comes from total unique impressions. Yesterday if you checked it did in fact say 6 million subscribers. But that just doesn't make sense. You don't pay per sub, you pay per impression. If you went to the sub it would count as 1 impression but if you cleared your cookies it would count as another unique impression totaling 2 unique impressions. "No evidence, No evidence, No evidence, No evidence, No evidence, NO EVIDENCE!"
It's comical, but it's also sad seeing this level of denialism. It's gotten to the point of willful denial of the concept of truth itself.
Koppel explained: “You know why? Because you’re very good at what you did and because you have attracted … people who have determined that ideology is more important than facts.”
To be fair, Koppel also said the same thing about John Oliver & Stephen Colbert but it is incredibly satisfying to see Hannity's childish reaction.
EDIT: Just to clarify, is the full segment. I linked it from YouTube because I couldn't get it to run from the CBS Morning Show official site. He was talking about the polarization of America and how opinions (over facts) have led us to this point. It's definitely worth watching.
How Sean Hannity, the man who gives Anne Coulter a platform for her lies, could think he's not bad for America is hilarious.
"YOU ARE CALLING AMERICANS STUPID"
I really don't get this. It's like the AUTOMATIC Republican response
"THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WILL NOT BE FORGOTTEN"
"YOUR CALLING AMERICANS STUPID"
"AMERICANS DESERVE RESPECT"
And Trump and his cronies are not the first to use this "Muh Americans" circlejerk and people fall for it EVERY...TIME.
Trump could announce that he wants a single-payer system and a lot of his supporters would say that's what they always wanted.
He could say he wanted Clinton to be president and they'd say they did too. Must be weird joining a cult.
T_D your brigading is very low energy.
T_D IS ON SUICIDE WATCH
