HAUNTZER AND DOUBLE ARE FUCKING INSANE, IM FUCKIN SHAKING. I AINT SLEEPING BOIS, TOO MUCH HYPE
Ok, I’m going blame the badish early-mid game due to jitters and nerves. Mid late game was more like TSM we knew. MVP of the fucking series is Hauntzer hands down. Honorable mention is prob DL for fucking killing enemy adc .
I can't do this for 5 more games. please dont do this to me again boys.
I just lost 15 years off my life
Nice to see our boys can handle the pressure and find a way to pull out this game, I think this is the worse game they'll play and they still found a way to win.
TAKE ME DADDY HAUNTZER
THAT HAUNTZER ULT OMG CAN WE JUST APPRECIATE THAT
I NEVER LOST FAITH
HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO SLEEP AFTER THAT?!? We just experienced the CLG heart attack special.
Gotta give respect FW too. Like holy shit they really were playing a good game imo.
It felt like I was watching a game of fucking chess between the two teams where they danced around for positioning, and fucking went IN on the sight of any weakness (Double on the Betty kill -- hauntzer on multiple engages, MMD on the flash kill on bio / that mid lane double rupture / bjergsen catch as well). That maple TP for two inhibs made my heart sink, and that brush hidden play up top to take the top inhib was really smart. Props to Svenskeren for staying strong mentally as well.
This game was so sick man i was on the edge of my seat all game.
Doublelift buffering all his jumps for when sejuani would go in on him and get that stun nearly gave me heart attacks multiple times. He is so good right now.
Also holy batman that Hauntzer ulti was so hype.
edit: jesus that damage chart. Hauntzer #2 in damage is insane.
Remember when people flamed thos koreans for saying hauntzers team fighting gave them chills? Well if he didn't give you chills this game your dead inside
almost a cardiac arrest later GG TSM.
EVERYONE STAY CALM...Tensions are high boys they will be cleaner in the early game next time. BUT HOLY SHIT MY ASSHOLE IS PERMANENTLY CLENCHED
I APPRECIATE THE FUCK OUT OF IT
Idk why everyone is shitting on sven this game. Yes he died unnecessarily a couple times but it's because he was basically their only frontline at the time. He always needs to go in first and that results in getting caught out. He's doing it for the team and that's the role he's given.
The extreme emotion showed by DL after the win was intense for me. This is why he came back from being a streamer.
IVE NEVER BEEN SO HARD FOR A DUDE IN MY LIFE
I. NEVER. DOUBTED THEM!
God those Taric ults were infuriatingly good. That's the shit that would make me tilt off the face of this planet.
Well it's hard when you have to be the main frontline because hauntzer is mini and you get chain cced all the time...i blame the team for the calls at riftherald and his deaths...
Hauntzer was our MVP making the biggest plays this game, but Dlift was the rock and played a strong all around match. They both carried this match.
GNAR 5 MAN HAUNTZER ULT APPRECIATION THREAD
I ONE HUNDRED PERCENT DOUBTED BUT I NOW REPENT
Sven looked a little nervous / stage jitters. INCREDIBLE performance by Double and Hauntzer, and I'm sure Sven will work himself out when its not day 1. They killed it!
I think fw comp was really good with so much chain cc and taric...how they always tried to chainn cc sven but in the end tsm came out on top with some great plays
He was also the main engage vs two stone plate tanks and a taric ulti. He is going to look a little boosted sometimes engaging because of it but he played his role fine IMO and was put into a very difficult situation
DID U SEE HIS FUCKIN HANDS SHAKING POST GAME DUDE?
like holy shit imagine what he mustve been feeling. He played immaculately with all that going on -- insane.
SO WAS DOUBLELIFT HOLY SHIT
It is 3:30 am where I am, I am not sleeping any time soon after that one. What a fucking game
oh yeah this shit is in the middle of night for America huh? Start 9AM for me lol
It was obvious from the early game that they had big anxiety (playing overly passive). Im sure that they will be much better in the next games. As i said many times before, im fully confident in them going 6-0
Wait am I the only one who saw Bjerg play that game? He ulted an invulnerable Varus one time, had about 2 decent stuns in fights, and then cleansed stuiff. This game was very, very lackluster from both our Danes.
DL did 68k DMG and Haunzter did 50k DMG that game....holy they went off
My fucking heart
My heart... What spacing by both teams in these teamfights.
Yeah. The fact that Doublelift is so consistent at buffering his jumps for IMPORTANT CC is honestly amazing. Its a simple enough mechanic but when I see other good ADCs like Cody and Sneaky fail it repeatedly, I can't help but appreciate DL's knack for it.
MY FUCKING HEART, GOOD SHIT KEVIN
I also feel Bjergsen played slightly worse then he usually does (he didn't play bad at all, but usually he lands a few more stuns). We are definitely way stronger than what we just showed, so it's nice we were still able to win
GOOD SHIT KEVIN
To see and act immediately on seeing the enemy ADC just about to walk a different path and going fully all in for a game winning play is what I love about dlift. Also Hauntzer was a fucking rock for us this game when it was shakey. Biofrost also had some great saves on so many people. Just a rollercoaster all around, thank you TSM.
Just wanna say most of sven's deaths were because the whole team decided to contest rift herald without setting vision up for it. He didn't play bad despite his score imo. Also jesus that Taric ult was so threatening.
Read that sentence again my boy
omg, how am i supposed to sleep now...
That break really helped him man, he seems like a whole new player since he's been back. He's coming up clutch many times now, it's a really good sign
I couldn't agree more. Team really came together. It was insane that Hauntzer never died but was going so hard.
It's not just that Doublelift never messes it up, it's also his confidence in his ability to get out like that giving him leeway to play far more aggressively than other ADCs could. DL is getting so many autos in on turrets/priority targets in standoffs that other NA ADCs would never be able to get, TSM can count their lucky stars having a player like this
JUST IMAGINE HIM WITH HIS SHIRT OFF AND THAT SHOULD DO THE TRICK
YOU HAVE TO LEARN , YOU ARE STILL YOUNG. LISTEN TO YOUR MASTERS
Jesus Christ something about seeing Doublelift's hands shaking just swept my emotions back to first being a TSM fan so many seasons ago
Beautiful game boys lets fucking GO
HAUNTZER, DLIFT, AND BIO PLAYED SO FUCKING WELL!!
Yeah good thing tomorrow is saturday i guess huh
Don't forget about real good flash/cleanse from Bjergsen too.
We had to drag that game across the line 4v5.
Hope Sven steps it up tomorrow.
I thought CLG didn't make it to worlds, but those 8 heart attacks seem to indicate otherwise.
FUCK CALMNESS! THIS IS THE TIME FOR HYPE!
HANTZER > KHAN!
CANT WAIT FOR TSM GNAR SKIN!
It's Friday lol
ALSO THE TIMING JUST AFTER TARIC ULT I JIZZED MY PANTS
The ult on cho at the end sealed the game, good stuff sven.
HAUNTZER IS GOD
it was so painful seeing tsm run straight into a wall head first like 3 or 4 times at rift/baron and expecting something diferrent.
MY FUCKING HEART
He was also constantly chain ccd. He did his job soaking up damage and the ult at the end of the game was hype. We just need better vision control to keep him from having to face check.
One thing I've learned about international tournaments is that there are going to be messy games but you need to find a way to win them even if it's not pretty. Just remember, in S5 FNC was down triple inhibs to AHQ in game 2. If AHQ win that game they get the first seed and FNC would've been 2nd, meaning they probably would've been knocked out in quarters. But they found a way to win that game despite being down triple inhibs, got first in their group and made semis. All I'm saying is don't put to much stock into this game, there's going to be messy games sometimes. Let's see how we look in our later games
Dude cmon. That’s my personal take on the situation. I don’t speak for the company on live chat.. I’m my own person.
It's very easy to focus on what went wrong this game. I think it's extremely important that not only did we win our first game but we did it on the world stage and with a early game deficit. Coming back from this kind of pressure is what makes good teams great and why I think Doublelifts hands were shaking after the game.
