Dude... You just Neville Longbottom-ed. Congratulations!

You vs the guy she tells you not to worry about

Have you seen the movie Just Friends?

Kinda like that

Progress Pics, RIP Beard

Here are some pictures along the way. I didn't take many pictures at my heaviest and I'm seriously regretting not taking more pictures along the way.

Also want to give a big shoutout to /sub/loseit, they are an absolutely amazing community and I still start my day there every day to stay motivated!

I think this is the most amazing transformation I've seen. Usually you can still kinda recognise the person but your after looks literally like a different person. You must feel absolutely amazing. Thanks for the inspiration :-)

dude. you went from "m'lady" to "new phone, who dis"

Not recently but my ten year high school reunion is coming up so I'm pretty excited about that!

You vs you

You're so getting laid.

😮 ohhhhhhhh my..... faint

You, sir, are foine with or without the beard.

Came here to say this. Definitely longbottomed

Thank you! It was almost all CICO, eating around 1700 calories a day. Only started cardio and lifting in the last month.

Suddenly it seems much warmer in here fans self

Just like so many others, massive heartbreak was my initial motivation. Once I started seeing the scale number go down I felt a sense of accomplishment like I've never felt before and I have never looked back from that moment. The heartbreak became an after thought and I was more determined than ever to become the best version of myself.

I do feel like people treat me better than before, but I think it is just as much a product of my new found confidence as it is the weight loss. There are also a few people that I had to walk away from in my personal life. Some of them were completely unsupportive of my lifestyle changes, and some of them had no business being in my life in the first place. Through weight loss I was finally able to gain the courage to do what was right for me in other aspects of my life.

Hey there single chin ;)

But in all seriousness fantastic job! You look great!

Chunky -> Hunky

OP, hats off to you! This is the transformation we all dream of. Huge props man, you've earned all the women that I'm sure are coming your way.

Edit: I think I might have to print this out and pin it to my inspiration board lol. I'm a chick, but you definitely make me wanna hit the gym.

It's like Neville Longbottom hatched out of a cocoon

I ran into her about a month ago, she didn't have much to say and we went our separate ways. Uneventful, haha.

Wait... Does that mean you're up 76 pounds?

She probably didn't have much to say because her mouth was too busy gaping open.

So proud of you👍

I'm down -76lbs

and he also looks like him

Wow you aren't even recognizable as the same person! Have you ran into anyone who you hadn't seen you in a long time?

Honestly at this point you're probably well and truly out of her league.

Wow! Awesome job!!! How'd you do it?!

Out of curiosity, have you crossed paths with the person who broke your heart? If so, how'd it go?

Neville’d Up!

Do you attend a lot of weddings?

😂😂 same thought. Looking good OP!

Dude! Wow. What got your started on improving your health and how did you keep yourself going?

I'm having a profoundly difficult time believing those are the same person. Congrats dude!

Can I upvote this twice?

Thanks lk! Proud of you too!

I took zero pictures at my heaviest and only have one someone else happened to take. Trust me, the sub understands

I hope they're giving you a name tag! Congratulations.

You going to kick down the double doors?

I second this.

Holy shit, fantastic.

Post updates on that :) also good job man, you look beautiful!

Holy fucking shit.

You don't even look like the same person. This is a really incredible transformation!

My boyfriend and I literally said "damn!" Back and forth like 6 times. Congratulations dude. You rock.

Amazing transformation! Well done!!

You made me literally laugh out loud! I have tears.
