[homemade] bacon double cheeseburger and fries

"Special sauce."

See my link above..

You nailed it though.. a 3-2-1 ratio of mayo, ketchup, mustard with diced pickles in there. It's like lazy thousand island.. maybe like 100 island sauce.

edit: I can't get my link to harold and kumar drive thru scene to work..

What is that Aioli/Ranch/delicious looking sauce??

Burger looks fucking amazing. How did you make fries?

Hunnit island sauce

This guy fries..

He's got it spot on, except they aren't wedges.

Looks like regular wedge cut potatoes.

Chop 'em up, light salt or fry seasoning, you can brush with oil if you want and roast them up in the oven.

You could alternatively pop them in a deep fryer and then season when they come out.

eh... I think someone else got there first

I have trouble breathing while looking at this.

Looks like OP's version of "animal sauce" or thousand island dressing...which is a mixture of mayonnaise, ketchup, dill pickles, and other various ingredients.

Quite a large load as well. OP's lucky day!

Yes, the sauce. I also want to know of the sauce.

Where does everyone get those good lookin' wrinkly buns

I'd stick those fries up my ass

They are literally the cheapest buns you can buy. I think they get wrinkly when they get buttered and toasted on the griddle.

The things I would do for that burger

Does the list of things include buying the ingredients and making one yourself, because it's not that difficult to make a burger.

Not into sloppy seconds?

Well, glad I started my diet today fucker.

I'd crap them out of my ass.

No eggs, no filler.. meat and salt and pepper.

Make a few 2oz balls of ground meat (preferably freshly ground), heat a cast iron griddle hot hot, put on meat ball and smash it flat with a sturdy flipper/spatula, add salt and pepper. Let that sit until it crisps like crazy on the bottom (couple minutes), flip for another minute or so, cheese it up. Best way to make a burger IMO..

That just made it more appetizing to me. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I respectfully disagree. A good bun can take a burger to the next level of deliciousness.

I was just gonna comment about how the sauce looked delicious. Not so much now.

Ewww. Is nothing sacred?!! I wanted that burger so badly. Not so much anymore. 😩

That's what we call it when there's left over Manwich.

It tastes so good in your mouth. It feels wonderful going down your throat. It's so satisfying in your stomach.

And add texture. That's the most important thing in a bun.

This made me breathe sharply out of my nose. I too came to know what was in the sauce baws.

Typically they need to be in the oven at 400 degrees for about 50 minutes or til lightly brown on the outside and cooked all the way through. It takes awhile but homemade wedge fries are the way to go.

totally drool🤤

That burger looks fuckable.

My mouth is watering from this image
