They are communicating in Morse code.
is it just me or did that thumbnail look... nevermind
Jim, Dwight says you're clicking a detonator?
Jeez Louise I spent like 10 minutes rewatching the gif, staring at the person's thumb nail trying to figure out what you meant...ugh. So disappointed in myself.
I know, right, did a doubletake. Then clicked at work regardless.
It's a pen.
This cat is called Wasabi and has his/her own Twitter account.
I'm not the owner of the account, nor of the cat. Twitter:@WasabiAnderson
Did you give in
It’s not my cat but I definitely would have
Spending 10 minutes on that takes a special kind of dedication I will never have
The tumbnail looks a little bit like a woman spreading her legs with her hand on her crotch filmed from the point-of-view of said woman.
Wow, I thought the same thing and was like, "I wonder if anyone else- nah no WAY anyone else thought that, I'm just a pervert." and see this is the second top comment lmfao.
Weird, I just see my parents arguing
I'm not the owner of the account, nor of the cat.
You really think anyone can 'own' a cat?
same. only clicked in because I saw what sub it was in. Thought it'd never get to the front page on this sub with that type of content.
At this point I always expect The Office
Thumbnail looks like porn?
See you on the front page.
You know what? Tap away! puts on headphones
takes a special type of concentration I'll never
I had a showerthought where I wondered if our pets also become more intelligent as they live with us humans because a) they don't have to spend resources on hunting and adapting to that or competing and b) they actually adapt to communicate with us to get food and socialize with us.
So basically with each generation they should maybe become "smarter"?

TARS, send me the coordinates to NASA in Morse.
I would of been Sastified either way ;)
i do not get it, what do you see?
what the cat is saying: ..-. ..- -.-. -.- / -.-- --- ..-
Cats own us all.
Pretty sure it's cat code, doesn't look like a morse. (walrus in old English)
There is definitely merit in this, their brains can get all the fuel they want to develop, and there are enough stimuli to go on. The building blocks are there. My pet store person told me house mice are definitively more intelligent (and hardy) than their barn peers. I am no expert on this and have no verifiable facts to back this up other than the word of some mad store owner. For all I know cats are becoming more stupid by having no need to be smart. Creatures tend to not spend any more energy than needed, and cats really only need to show up and maybe make a sound if they want eats so no big impulse there
Neither am I, just to be clear about that.
I would have preferred better grammar.
Dumb in preying, smart in socializing and manipulating?
That's true you don't
Yeah you're right. Thumbnail is flicking all kinds of beans
My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.
Same, i still never expect the spanish inquisition though
Verily I beseech thee, come hither.
No you both

I literally came here just to make sure I wasn't the only one
Ah, the ole Reddit Rorschacharoo!
What have you been smoking? Salmon?
This gets posted just for the thumbnail.
A Møøse once bit my sister...
Thought someone was playing with their kitty by the thumbnail... I wasn’t wrong
Hold my mommy issues, I'm going in!
It's a pen.
It's the human way!
I’m glad I wasn’t the only one... lol
while abundant resources make sure there is enough fuel to develop, it would not mean the animals get smarter every generation. them getting smarter every generation has to happen via a selection where only the smarter ones survive. indoor cats have no selection pressure so i doubt there are much changes besides random ones
Morris code, amirite?
I can't see it either
Why the Holy Hellfire am I singing these replies?!
Ha this is reddit we don’t have those
How? It looks like a hand on a bed. Are you people blind? I'm on desktop but I even pulled my phone out to see if it looked more like a vag on a tiny screen and nope. Still a hand on a bed.
That is not how evolution works.
Unless there is a sudden change to their environment that encourages evolution, no species will need to go through natural selection.
The only determining factor for adopting cats are "is it cute" and "is it docile?"
There is no factor involved that would promote increased intelligence.
Another factor is that your own bodies developmental traits are not passed down, just your genes. (So in other words, just cause you get abs like steel, doesn't mean your child will get them instantly at birth)
signalling for the meowmix
Misleading thumbnail: Rubbing one out
I've seen this before and I was still momentarily perplexed.
Careful not to break your arms
I don't get it
blinkblink blinkblink wink blinkblinkblink
This was the reason I clicked on it...
Bet you say that to your gf all the time .
180 degree angle split and jill with feline assistance?
expected pussy, was not disappointed
Glad I'm not the only one.
Damn that was intense
