Last November, when DOJ Office of Inspector General, Michael Horowitz was pressed by legislators from both parties, he told lawmakers his report would likely be released in March or April.... But, he also added the caveat that it could be delayed if “circumstances warrant,” his office could expand its investigation into “issues that may arise during the course of the review.”
