Edit: It looks like just taking Lecithin will already make a big difference on its own, and it's definitely easy to get.
Zinc + lecithin gets pretty damn good results for me. If I'm well hydrated, my volume is usually around 4x what was before I started taking them.
Zinc made it thicker, whiter and slightly increased the volume.
Lecithin just increased the volume by a heap.
Both together yields an even better result.
I will try pygeum and l-arginine at some point, but they aren't as easily available as the other two.
Edit: the real benefit for me has been that my orgasms last longer. Seems like the feeling is extended because it takes longer to push out the extra volume. Ymmv.

Try more foreplay, I find that the longer I hold out the more I cum, my girlfriend has a habit of teasing me almost to the point of orgasm and then slows down so she can keep going. If you don't want to deal with pills, you can always try a simple technique called edging.
It's pretty straight forward. Go about sexy time as usual and right when you feel you're really close to ejaculating, you immediately stop all stimulation before you pass the point of no return and let the feeling die down for a few seconds (20 works well, but you can resume any time after you feel that you won't be close to cumming again when you resume). After you've "recovered" a little bit, start with the stimulation again and repeat the process several times. When you finally do cum, it will be a huge amount.
I found that it's best to edge yourself around 2 or 3 times. After the third time you'll start to see sharp diminishing returns on the volume that you cum for each time that you've edged yourself. Still, it works great and you don't need pills to do it.
How long did you take the supplements before you started seeing results?
The most important thing about finding a gym IMO is convenience so find the one closest to where you live or work. Try to go at least 3x a week and ideally 5-6x a week. Make sure to stretch before and after each workout, and look up fitness regiments for what exactly to do. Sure, these supplements are studied to be safe, but taking too large dozes are naturally going to be a bad thing. There is such a thing as having too many vitamins and minerals, and the consequences can be severe. Nerve damage among others.

I found that all of these are pure snake oil, that did nothing for me. But I did find that soy lecithin reduced my libido, and when I looked it up on the web I found that indeed, that is a known side-effect.

Abstaining for 3-4 days and super hydrating during those days is about 75% of the battle. The supplements will add a little more "oomph".
