Drastrically changed my life style. I got diagnosed with celiac, so I am on a gluten free diet and cut out all sugar (besides natural sugars). I work out at least 6 times a week as well. Lots of hard work.

Way to go!!!! What have you been doing?
I have done so many things, but the idea is eating healthier and exercise. At first I just did home workout videos and counting calories. I joined a gym with group workout classes for a bit. I now have a mix of strength training at home and running and biking. I ran my first half marathon in March. For eating I found 21 Day Fix very helpful to learn the correct portions and variety of foods I should be eating. My diet today is so much different, I eat so many foods I would have never touched before.

Thank you very much man hard work and determination. I started by making small stable changes to my diet over a long period of time. Instead of using a quick 6 week diet, I changed my life completely. I then started to do some cardio, then I joined the gym & started lifting weights .. look where I am now

I started my weight loss in Feb 2014 when I developed heel spurs from being morbidly obese. For the first year I lost 100 pounds by following a low carb diet but not counting calories and lifting weights. I coasted for 2 years, only losing about 30 lbs and going slow to allow my skin to recover. This year I decided to reach my goal of 50% weight loss. I've been low carb, but counting calories to 1500-1600 per day. I got tired of lifting so I take fitness classes at the gym 4-5 days per week (yoga, Zumba, boot camp, and Body works). The most important thing I've learned is to be flexible. There are days when I want to eat unhealthy food, so I'm sure to adjust my portion size, enjoy, and eat healthy the rest of the day. Also, allowing myself to change my workout when I'm bored is a huge help, as long as I do SOMETHING active I don't beat myself up.

Can you tell me a bit more about your diet and exercise routine? I got down to 129 from 187 but am no where as toned as you are. Did you lift a lot?
Also did the last 10 lbs change your body dramatically?
the last 10lbs definitely made me appear much more toned! i went on a 1400 cal diet between november & may. over the summer i have transitioned to a life away from calorie counting & heavy dieting... but keeping a mental estimate of my intake instead!
i used to go to the gym frequently but if i'm being honest i've been slacking since i reached my goal a little. (& work has been crazy!)
