We won an afternoon game against a backup goalie.

What the fuck is going on.

McDavid is a defensive phenomenon and :] is the best meme in the league.

Oh and Lucic is worth $6M easily this season.

What a shitshow of a game. Refs were awful.

Because its a recent problem. Ottawa always had great attendance. We've been waiting patiently for a new arena that actually is IN Ottawa. However, our owner refuses to spend money on players and constantly creates drama in the locker room. Its driving the fans away.

Up until last year they were consistently middle of the pack in attendance, far from “serious attendance issues”. This coincides with the recent Phoenix pay issue which affects the paycheques of the government workers in Ottawa. That, a ridiculous arena location and the Owner’s comments, I’m not surprised attendance is dwindling.

Because we have a perfect location for a new arena downtown that will fix attendance issues and unike those other teams, we only ran into attendance problems recently.

Gord Miller defends women's hockey

Let's be honest. In the 2018 Olympics, women's hockey is actually going to be more interesting than men's hockey.

The most exciting game at the 2014 Olympics was the women's gold medal game

Gord Miller is the best.

God

You're damned right he is.

Fun fact: Plekanec gets his turtlenecks custom made because they dont make the style he wore in his first few years in the league anymore.

Plek was too OP the league had to nerf him

Doughty still uses Easton s17 sticks from 2004 wrapped as the new Easton stick

So, Sid has his jeans custom made, Pekanec has his turtlenecks custom made. Are there any other 'I have special things" known from other players?

I think we found Jose's Reddit account

I think at some point hockey was played outdoors before this.

I don't think circa is necessary here since we know the exact date the photo was taken

Boeser is only 2 goals away from tying third overall in goals.

Absolutely mind blowing that he’s a Canuck. I can’t think of the last time we’ve had such a prolific goal scorer, maybe Bure?

As soon as he got the puck in that much space I knew it was going in. It’s been a long time I’ve felt like that towards a Canuck

God damn, I love me some Brock highlights!

With tonight's win by the Hurricanes, the bottom 5 teams in the East are all in the Atlantic

If it weren't for Colorado, the same would be true in the West for the Pacific.

I hate this division.

What do the Sabres, Senators, Panthers, Red Wings, and Canadiens all have in common with the Titanic?

They sunk in the Atlantic.

yea and Jack is sacrificing his life trying to keep this garbage team afloat

The stress produces the greatness

Missing half of their top six, including two of their top scorers, the New Jersey Devils defeat Dallas 5-2 to tie for first in the Metropolitan Division.

Very unexpected season for the Devils so far.

No matter what happens with my team I am super excited to watch Hall wreck shit in the playoffs.

If Colorado could find a way to squeak in then I'd be pretty happy.
