Scammers be like
No, they try to appear as reliable traders/sellers (in this case for CSGO skins), because a lot of people on steam act like "This person got a nice and valuable inventory, he/she can't be a bad person". Those guys only want to steal your items and skins.
Anyone care to explain?
Edit: Cool. I just don't play CS:GO, so I had no idea what that bollocks was or why it mattered. I haven't played CS in close to 17 years.
this is designed to look like an item showcase in an artwork showcase.. showcasing some expensive csgo skins
Recent playtime and total hours dissapearing off profile?
Lots of my games have 0 hours in them now and a good portion of my last hours in the past 2 weeks dissapeared.
Edit: They're back!
Yeah, that just happened to me too, hopefully it's just a bug.
Edit : looks like it's fixed!
Did Nintendo buy Steam?
My recently played titles have gone back to february 3rd and most of my tracked hours are gone.
Lol, mine go back to 2013! What the heck happened?
When the Steam app knows what you were about to do on your phone 😓
British slang for someone who jerks off a lot
More like selling it at half the price, convincing yourself you did a great job, and then whining at anybody who tells you the truth.
Amazing I was able to sell a shitty pubg crate for 4 bucks last night, have fun with your common items im getting a game lmao.
Like that hotel in NY, where he pulled this exact maneuver on the way to one of his bankruptcies.
I have no idea how anyone thinks this snake oil salesman is a savvy businessman
I once sold a case for $9 CDN. Suck it !
Maybe someone saw your friend's friendlist, saw you at the top, then copied your username and your profile picture, trying to scam your friend.
This wiki page about how to secure your account and avoid these scams is probably also useful.
It's my account, just deleted all the comments on friend profiles, changed password, revoked all access from all devices, deleted all saved passwords from web :D
You forgot to activate 2FA.
That looks badass!
I'm a programmer, but basically everything I did here was just through hobby tinkering. To my surprise, the arcade controls were plug and play with the Steam Link.
That's incredible! Did you learn assembling something like this as a hobby or do you have a background in woodworking and electronics?
All dat /sub/cade!!
Spread the love!
I love how you asked what the item was then got 2 explanations of what steam trading is that seem like they didn't even read the question.
What item is this for?
From my understanding, the oils in foods causes problems for the recycling machinery and ruin the resultant pulp (the wet, soggy paper pieces) that end up getting dried and pressed into new sheets.
What item is so rare only one is being sold but it's being demanded at 0.06 or less?
Even the ability to choose which news sources to show would be a welcome change.
They probably won't do anything about it till the UI update.
It's especially silly because this isn't really news, it's just articles related to X game, which is fine if it's just a single article but seeing as you can only see 3 from your library, the fact that the 'news' section can just get overrun with opinion pieces is a bit much.
Or even just the ability to block specific news sources. I never want to see anything from RPS, but they seem to appear in almost every news feed for some reason.
i long for the day where decent VR is affordable
Well over time you will. Look at phones, the low end phones have similar specs and power and previous year flagships. Progress just takes time. My gen 1 iPod touch used to be top of the line, now look at it 10 years later.
Wow that would be very cool news if I had extra 1k$ cash and not an old ass pc with GTX 660
10 years later.
So, maybe just before I’m dead. Sign me up!
First year in 7 that I bought nothing!
ITT: last-minute shoppers butthurt that a two week long sale just ended.
What did you expect?
EDIT: I realize some of you got paid later, and yes, that really sucks. But still, you had time to plan ahead. Budgeting is your friend. At the start of the sale, I meticulously go over my wishlist and use Enhanced Steam to compare prices and such. I load all this stuff into an Excel spreadsheet. I fine tune this down to a science. I ensure I'm content with my catch, and buy it all just before the sale is over. Because of this, I own 1100 games now and likely need serious help...
Lol I was making my purchases at the last minute, it was 59 seconds to go when I realized my phone for steam guard was shut off. My phone took forever to turn on and the sale technically 'expired' but it still kept the prices for me when I logged in. Thanks gaben
28 games, controller+link, Steam Awards badge to level 100, Steam profile level went from 63 to 104. Success! If my wife asks, I spent $5.
