You used that photoshop trick to crop them out, didn't you?
Nothin amateur about that, looks great!
Always wanted an outdoor fireplace for the fam to gather around. Since gas can be a little weak on the heat output, went with a 150,000 BTU burner, which turned out great. Hopefully outdoor “rooms” are permitted here!
I am honored to have any "room" this beautiful posted here.
They go in a waterproof outdoor cabinet when not being used.
The wall color makes what would otherwise be perfectly good color choices in furniture look terrible. Not your fault. Paint your walls and it'll look much better.
I LOVE that blue chair. 😍
I agree, a light neutral would look 10x better.
So this was a rental we've since moved out of. Looking back, there's a lot we would've done different.
Gorgeous. I could live on that island 😍
Your planning paid off. This is gorgeous. Well done.
that's where you put your little herb garden :)
Can you design my whole life? thanks
Love the vintage national park posters.
Level your frames.
The pictures on the wall aren’t perfectly straight. It’s literally messing up my life now. Can you please level them with a level and reshoot this photo and repost?
Hey thanks! Yeah I loved them so much I planned the room around them honestly. Some of my favorite pieces.
Can..can I come stay at your place?
Honest question. Do people have guest bedrooms because they really have guests staying periodically?
Every time I see a guest bedroom I'm like "hell no, I would use that space for me".
A lot of times that’s just what you do when you have an extra bedroom you aren’t using. People tend also use it as a storage room then remove all the non bedroom stuff if a guest is coming over. It’s a nice place to keep bedroom furniture that’s on its way out but still has some life in it. Obviously OP’s guest room looks much nicer than what I’ve described.
Because the guests might want to watch TV while they're staying in there?
I look at that and all I see is Donkey Kong.
My cats would love this.
What's the quote say?
oh my goddd straighten the frame!
Very nice ! Where did you find this?
The industrial look has really grown on me! Congrats on your new place!! 😊👏
Where is this in NH? I'm in Manchester area.
Thanks! We are loving it!
Wall mount fastened with concrete screws- just drilled into the concrete around the brick instead of the actual brick. It’s held so far and feels super sturdy.
Here's my trade secret: adopt a family member who moonlights as a hoarder and you will be so horrified that you'll be leery of putting anything new in your own home!
god I wish I had your eye for minimalism. my room looks like a natural history museum
Did you kill that antelope yourself? And the human?
Ok definitely don’t know how to work imgur and I thought I knew how to work reddit, but I wasn’t able to edit this to have the new Imgur album in the body section. So I guess here it is in a comment! Hopefully people see this!
Hi neighbor! I’m in sac too
I love the beautiful houses in Sacramento and by the looks of your windows you must live in one of them. Lovely. Cute pupper as well.
Thank you so much! I’m super lucky to have found a very well-maintained 4-flat apartment building near the Fab 40s. I love the character and charm of the old buildings :)
