From looking at your post history it seems you’re incapable of taking advice and just like to complain that things aren’t changing without you having to do anything. It seems like it’s a self esteem issue more than height or looks from everything I’ve seen, but you apparently don’t want to address that.
I really felt bad until I looked at how many people have taken the time to give a detailed insightful reply for you to simply say “I would be fine if I wasn’t tall.” In response to a rather long detailed message trying to help you.
This post in particular was rather revealing best of luck to you in the future, but if you aren’t willing to take advice I don’t see the point of anyone on here spending the time to give it.
"I'm okay with this" - homeless guy, probably
On the other hand, good deeds are good deeds regardless of how much attention someone gets for them. If someone donates $100 to a charity and wants to scream to the heavens about it, by all means. It doesn't make that $100 worth any less. Same goes for $5 for a homeless guy or just a kind word or gesture for someone.
I did it for the tax deduction. The thumbs up selfies are my receipts to the IRS
Lets not forget the individuals who scrounged around on Craigslists all over the world and are shipping them to her. It was amazing.
forgot edit: I really wanted a feel-good story today :) I am stocked to read ( most of) the messages! Humanity can be pretty awesome :)
Yes. That whole post was awesome. Had to stop not to tear up. So nice to see humanity at its best. Seems likes it's been missing for some time now. also a company that gives a shit. :) thanks Tonka and all you cool as redditors !!!
We did it!
For the record, I did nothing towards this effort...
Yeah, that's the problem with acting out in your car. Statistically it's not as good of a bet as most guys who do it think. It's not just cops you have to worry about, it's other dummies who aren't paying attention to your sweet moves, and it's also other ragers who might want to call you or even raise. It's best just to control yourself especially when merging into more trafffic
or even raise
I once was with a guy who was cut off by another car. He, out of road rage, followed the car until he could pass, passed the car, and slammed on his brakes in front of the other car.
The other driver did the same thing.
The guy driving the car I was in, did it again.
This went on for 2-3 kilometers in a mostly residential area.
I remember saying over and over "calm down man, she probably didn't see you" and "dude, it's not worth it".
This guy seemed to get cut off a lot and had a lot of road rage episodes.
OP didn't say "Speed limit", so I'd assume 30 merging onto a 70.
Conservative Groups effectively neutered the IRS's ability to enforce that stipulation when they accused the IRS of selectively singling out Conservative groups for review. If you don't like a law, accuse the enforcers of playing politics.
The fact that Obama grew Hillary Clinton out of a Communist petri dish with the stem cells of an aborted fetus just for the simple fact he needed someone to run his underground paedophilia ring in a pizza restaurant's basement while selling all of yours and my uranium that I earned fair and square to the Russians after making sure he had a fake birth certificate so he could brainwash America into letting him be president and finally put the chemicals in the water that will make us all gay liberals so he can push his spherical earth agenda to ensure none of us actually find the ice wall and expose the whole damn thing seems more relevant to me in this situation.
It’s amusing when whataboutism has to be stretched out a century or more.
“Republicans have bad policies.”
“Whatabout Democrats in the 1840s???”
Also this isn’t the best deflection to wield the day after the incompetent GOP President insults Indian war heroes to their fucking faces.
And that's when you show data that says, nah son, you fuckers keep ignoring the rules.
Have you ever had a SO that always accused you of cheating on them, then later on you find out they were cheating on you?
Human beings do this thing called "projecting" where they think everyone is as fucked up as they are. Same principle here I believe.
If you're willing to lie and cheat in the pursuit of your goals, it's very easy to believe the same of your enemies.
One of the best aggregates of projection
Right, but what do we do with this outrage? I read the WaPo article...and while I was extremely satisfied that my favorite publication stayed true to their journalistic standards, I'm at a loss on how this helps change things.
GOP lies, nothing happens. Sanders lies, nothing happens. Trump lies, nothing happens. Veritas tries to expose "liberal media bias", ends up exposing their own, nothing happens.
I really...really want someone held accountable.
The harassment he's claiming is someone left a sign on his lawn saying his kids will know he murdered democracy in cold blood.
This seems more like it should be a sobering reminder to him that history will not remember him kindly.
Ajit Pai has publicly stated that emotional arguments will not sway his decision.
So, emails that demonstrate financial burden/impact will be taken into consideration.
These are the emails of the 5 people on the FCC roster. These are the five people deciding the future of the internet.
The two women have come out as No votes. We need only to convince ONE of the other members to flip to a No vote to save Net Neutrality.

Perhaps he should notice that MY children are not off limits to his decisions either.
Can we change the standard measuring unit of bowel movements from Couric's to Pai's?
Sounds like she's not the only one with low self esteem.
Eh...there is low self esteem and being realistic.
the word "only" seems so small yet can be misleading in a big way.
what if this is "a reason" and not "the only reason"?
people are complex and relationships often include fears and dark places as well as more commonly associated emotions such as love - and that's absolutely fine.
and perhaps i'm making too much of a meme but seems gf is maybe not the only one in the relationship with low self-esteem issue - have you two considered discussing this with a mental health professional (not necessarily as a couple)? my personal experience is that they can be a big help in dealing with deep anxieties such as these, though it can take time and yes - it can certainly challenge your relationship - but maybe that's a risk worth taking? the alternative seems to be constant dread and while the outcome might turn out to be what you expected - it could also surprise you...
Either she'll gain confidence while being with you, realize her self worth and leave to find her "new self." Or love you for sticking by her while she dealt with her anxiety issues.
Either way you're helping her. Just take joy in that
Sorry you got drilled in both ends. Happy 45th.
LOLOOOOL dude, thanks for that, good laff. Laffs are important.
FRONT PAGE EDIT: THANK YOU REDDIT!!!!!!!!!!!! It was amazing seeing and reading all these posts and I'm literally weeping right now. Fake internet points can really brighten one's day.
HAVE A SPECTACULAR WEEK EVERYBODY!!!!!!
A root canal and colonoscopy. Two separate procedures, I hope.
Your boyfriend was a sponge? Did he also happen to be yellow and have a starfish as a best friend?
“Get out here so I can ignore your existence.”
. Her name is Luna.
woah woah woah, you can't force a meme... can you?
Sure you can, but I don't think you can make that many memes for this picture since its limited to cats.. actually scratch that, cats are infinite meme fuel
