Does anyone have a mini fork lift? I need assistance picking my bottom jaw up off the desk. Mouth agape...cannot close...

You look absolutely amazing. I guess I'll be the first to ask: what was/is your routine and any troubles with loose skin? I'm the same height as you and just shy of 400 pounds. I could use some guidance.

As far as loose skin goes ive attached a photo from the front.

Thank you very much man hard work and determination. I started by making small stable changes to my diet over a long period of time. Instead of using a quick 6 week diet, I changed my life completely. I then started to do some cardio, then I joined the gym & started lifting weights .. look where I am now http://i.imgur.com/0xNPZp2.jpg

Wow. From Feast mode to Beast mode! 👍🏽

Mind is beyond blown. I'm sure it's weird to hear from an internet stranger: but I'm proud of you. I have to assume not many people in this world can understand the battles you faced the past 3 years, the sheer willpower it took to make the changes. Very inspired. Thanks for the response.

Never ever ever! I got 540 tattooed onto my arm so I'll never forget.

Never ever ever! I got 540 tattooed onto my arm so I'll never forget.

When I was 26-28, I went from 440-290 and, feeling on top of the world and empowered, got the 440 tattooed on my arm as a reminder, as well.

While still important to me, it will easily lose its motivating power in your life.

Please don't be like me. Please be vigilant and don't think that you can "take it easy for a while" and that "you deserve this" splurge or laziness.

I've watched my weight balloon up to more than it ever was and now I'm 34 years old and over 440 pounds.... and all the while that "440 Become Better" tattoo stares at me in silent condemnation.

Please learn from me.

Don't become me.

Please.

Holy fuckin shit fuck man, this is amazing. This is what you call a lifestyle change, I doubt you'll ever go back to the old you. Seriously amazing dude, keep it up. You should fuckin go on Ellen or something with this transformation.

Damn dude you're killing it! Keep up the good work.

Exactly! Thanks boss.

No one even recognizes me any more.... greatest feeling there is.

What the fuuuuck. The last time I saw your progress was back when you dropped your first hundred. I'm blown away. Amazing job, dude.

300%?

You look great... and check out that handsome face!

I actually had the scar in first photo to burn because it was taken in mirror that's my right side.

4 years ago I have a seizure, went to hospital they gave me MRI, discovered mass in my left temporal lobe of the brain went in to remove it. +2 more neurosurgeries later were good now!

Will my dude it's not over. You have a great journey ahead of you if you choose to take it. And if you climb that mountain a second time you will be prouder than ever.

Great progress! It looks like a completely different person in the after pic.

Yeah exactly!!!!

Yes sir that's me! Crazy how far I have come since then, set yourself some goals and move forward. Forget about yesterday, work on today, & focus on tomorrow.

Thank you Nate!

That's not how this works. That's not how any of this works.

Seriously though, OP. Amazing job!

This front picture is even more impressive! I've been following your progress and, well: I have so much respect for what you have achieved.

You've done it once; you can do it again! It just takes one day at a time. Reach out on Reddit or elsewhere for a support and/or accountability partner/group.

Bravo. Looking good man! You can tell how dedicated you have been. Keep it up!

This is truly amazing- great job man! I also always considered that extra skin people get when they lose weight as a badge of honor, or a battle scar in a way. It signifies an immense amount of determination and patience.

From big guy to big guy, with different connotations!

Dang, you have some serious guns!

Holy shit! I just realized your username and side profile. I follow you on MFP and remember you posting your milestones and I have to say your transformation is incredible. Keep it up man, you’ve earned it. Super happy to see how much you’ve changed. Wish you the best and many blessings from the Gains God.

I'm a girl... Lol... Totally hitting on you
