[Homemade] Ramen with Sugarsnaps, Char Siu and Shiitake in Chickenbroth with Ginger and Doubanjiang

The ramen noodles are from "Hakubaku", I bought them in a regular supermarket, but I know ethnic markets around here stock them as well. I tried several types of ramen noodles and these are by far my favourite! :-)

Looks great! Where did you get those thick noodles? I've been looking everywhere for them but I've only ever found thin ones.
