Goals! You look great.

I'm very impressed with your abs at 168. You have a lot of muscle, clearly. I'm 5'10", 154 so this gives me a basis for what I could look like if I did a recomp and stayed roughly the same weight. (I'm skinny fat right now) Thanks for posting.

Anyway, well done.

You did that! You motivated me and my sister more than you will ever know :) you look sooo awesome

I like that you replied to the haiku bot

Thank you! I did lots of heavy weightlifting and a small amount of cardio, making sure I wasnt consuming neither too many/not enough calories! You can find calorie calculators online to show you what your intake should be

Oh that makes me so happy to hear!! Thank you. Good luck with your journey!

You look amazing!!

Good bot

That's right, put in work. Eat that salad no dessert.

On a more serious note, I'm curious as to how many cup sizes you went down? I'm just wondering what's possible.

Haha my bad I'm super new here!

How??

Good bot

Hey Lady,

Congrats on your progress pic! Just letting you know we have a subreddit called /sub/tallxchromosomes for us tall gals. It's not very busy, but it's ours. :) Check it out sometime.

Lurker jumping in to give you a tip that works well for me. I do 40 sit ups/crunches a day to maintain my abs. I started with 10 because that's all I could do...within 2 weeks I could do 25. Is it a crazy home gym workout routine? No. Could I do more? Sure, but this helps keep my abs tone and looking good. :)

You have a gorgeous figure. Your hard work and dedication is obvious.

Did you follow a specific lifting program or do you have kind of a breakdown of what you did? I've got similar stats and your current weight is my goal!
