he admitted it. on television.
"And in fact when I decided to just do it, I said to myself, I said 'you know, this Russia thing with Trump and Russia is a made-up story, it's an excuse by the Democrats for having lost an election that they should have won"
I just realized how absurd it is, what he said. He said, "The accusations are false, it's a made-up story, it's a lie, so I fired the guy who was investigating it, the one guy who was all set to reveal the truth, which is that I'm innocent, so I fired him."
It does seem to show just that. And, as usual, it's the coverup that is likely to provide the "smoking gun."
Which is why Mueller is just going to go after obstruction first to get a criminal out of office. Then, he'll focus on proving that criminal is a traitor.
Honestly, we have had a smoking gun for awhile now. Donald Trump Jr himself shared emails that explicitly show that the Russian government had information on his dad's opponent and that he was more than willing to comply. I dont know how much more clearer it could get.
What shocks me is the official defense of Donald Trumo Jr. is basically that his attempt to collude failed. Since when is that even a defense???
I showed this clip to someone, and they still told me that my assertion that Trump admitted to firing Comey over the Russia investigation was a delusional fantasy.
"Your honor, even though my client pulled out a gun and attempted to rob that liquor store, he didn't actually get any money from the clerk. Soooooo....we're all good right?"
