I don’t get the timing on this DLC...PC players haven’t even had the game for 2 months and they are locked out...and with Xmas inbound, why would you want to put people off from buying your game because it is already useless and needs a DLC to function?

prestige raid and prestige NG. you might also be lokced out of IB and Trials, don't know yet.

it's not a casual thing, this game came out 6 weeks on pc. Black friday was 2 weeks ago. They just had a free weekend of play.

Someone plays the free weekend, decides to buy it. It's now no longer the game he bought.

I own the game and dlcs for both systems. Doesn't mean this is right in any way

Excuse me? What kind of fucked up logic is that? “You probably won’t play it anyways so I’m just going to take it. Even thought you’ve already paid for it it’ll just go to waste.”

Fuck OUT of here.

Found the bungie employee

You can't get the raid exotic any more....

Based on their history though they probably won't, while other developers like Epic, Grinding Gear Games, and Digital Extremes thrive on open communication.

Shots fired

Destiny has never locked players out of a hard/prestige raid in its lifecycle. Or an achievement/trophy.

you are definitely locked out of IB and trials

They deserve the fucking backlash.

please let me know when destiny locked you out of a hard raid 6 weeks after the game came out. thanks

Nope. Just a typical shithead the_donald poster

Maybe they don't WANT to spend more money on a product they previously purchased?

This was an issue in D1, as well. I'm not defending the practice, but this is the way its been since TDB.
