It was easily the juiciest chicken I've had. Standard rub used, couple of hours in the fridge, then once on mop sauced every 5-10 mins for about 45-50 mins on the grill.

Man, looks like that stuff is perfectly done. I bet it was pinkish 30 seconds before it was pulled.

Yep, that's chicken.
