Alright /r/Fitness... At what point should I STOP obsessively reading and watching videos about proper form, and actually just go video myself already?
I've been reading about squats, for example, for days now... and I think I am watching so many videos and reading so much about them (low bar back squat specifically), that I think I'm confusing myself too much and overthinking it. Like for example, in Rippetoe's SS book he says "DRIVE WITH THE HIPS" (paraphrased), and not to think about your knees or your feet or whatever, and just do it. But here I was thinking I drive through the heels or something. Was that wrong? Does it really matter if everything is positioned correctly anyways and the barbell goes in a straight path?
These are examples of questions that go through my head and that I torture myself with. I've tried practicing with a broomstick but I don't think something that weighs so light will teach me anything...
Should I just STFU and do the squat already with an actual bar and video myself?
Americans of Reddit. What are your thoughts on the San Francisco 49's signing former Australian rugby league player Jarryd Hayne? Do you think he has a chance or do you think he's way out of his depth?
I really want to play Fallout 3 , I only have a PS3 should I get it ?
Hi there , for some times now I want to play Fallout 3 , I keep hearing how good it is , and I plan on buying Fallout 4 , thing is I don't have a PC only a PS3 and PS4 ( I'm not here to start a war please. ) I heard that the PS3 version has some issues ? Is this entirely true ? and if so is it still worth getting ?
I feel like I'm missing out on a good game, well that's what I keep hearing anyway. So for those of you who played the PS3 version it'd be nice if you could enlighten me.
and for some of you Happy 4th of July

Ads are still louder than the TV shows they are apart of. That law was totally bullshit.
